Adam Goldstein, MD, MPH, Program Director.
Adam is an Associate Professor with the UNC Department of Family Medicine and has 15 years of state and national experience in tobacco control research, evaluation, education, and teaching.

Kathryn Kramer, MEd, PhD, Associate Director.
Kathryn is a clinical psychologist, specializing in health and community psychology.  She has extensive experience in research and practice in health and human behavior.  Kathryn has taught graduate courses on research methods and program evaluation. She helps manage all aspects of the program.

Julea Steiner, MPH, Program Manager.
Julea provides expertise in public health policy, medical journalism, and program planning. She oversees the development and implementation of all projects within the EnTER program. Julea also manages the NC HWTF's College Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Initiative technical assistance and training program.

Carolyn Gray,
MPH, Training Specialist.
Carolyn has done extensive work in tobacco policy research specializing in local level tobacco control and advocacy.  She provides trainings and technical assistance on secondhand smoke science, research, and policy to local and state coalitions and tobacco prevention groups.

Caroline Mage, Program Coordinator.
Caroline is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a background in marketing and education. She provides assistance and support in all aspects of the College Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Initiative.
